I’m a strength coach specializing in functional training for older adults who want to stay independent, strong, and confident in their everyday lives.

I focus on building real-world strength—helping clients improve balance, mobility, and overall resilience so they can move better and live with less pain.

I work closely with each client to create a personalized plan that fits their current ability level, goals, and lifestyle. Whether someone is just getting started or looking to regain strength after years of inactivity, my approach is simple: meet people where they are and help them progress safely and consistently.
